CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Late Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of our service providers and other guests, we ask that you carefully review our cancellation policy before booking. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your service without disrupting other scheduled appointments. If your appointment must be canceled due to late arrival, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. By booking an appointment, you authorize us to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation, late arrival, or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. Emergencies We understand that true emergencies can happen. In rare circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived or credited toward a future appointment at the sole discretion of management. By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
